What are the facility hours of operation?
- Monday through Friday, 8AM-5PM and Saturday from 8AM-3:30PM

Where is TMRF located?
- TMRF is located south of Linne Road at 30703 S. MacArthur Road in Tracy.
- To access the dump, please use the first gate entrance and proceed to the scales.
- The office is located at the second gate entrance.
What are the rates?
- The minimum charge is $36.00 for one cubic yard or less of garbage, wood waste or green waste. Construction and demolition materials are excluded from the minimum charge rate.
- Garbage is a charge of $99.00 per ton.
- Clean, uncontaminated Green Waste or Wood Waste is a charge of $83.63 per ton.

Materials
What types of waste does TMRF accept?
- TMRF accepts most nonhazardous wastes including household garbage, mixed recycling, source separated recycling, green waste (yard waste), wood waste and construction and demolition debris.
Does TMRF accept liquid waste?
- No, TMRF does not accept liquid waste. For information about proper disposal of liquid waste in the San Joaquin County area, contact the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. Click here to view the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department website.
Does TMRF accept oil?
- TMRF accepts up to 5 gallons of household cooking oil per person, per day, at no charge.
- TMRF accepts up to 5 gallons of motor oil per person, per day, at no charge.
- TMRF does not accept any items containing oil or engine fluids. Oil must be properly drained into a container.
Does TMRF accept tires?
- Yes, TMRF accepts tires, unmounted and mounted, for a fee. See General Pricing.
Does TMRF accept railroad ties?
- No, TMRF does not accept railroad ties.
Does TMRF accept paint?
- TMRF can only accept dried out water based paint cans. To dispose of paint in liquid form, please contact San Joaquin County Hazardous Waste Facility (209) 468-3066.
